"Texas Border Patrol"

  This armadillo is much more lively than most that I’ve seen on Texas highways. That is, most have expired and have all four feet pointing to the sky. This fellow though, is full of life, defying anyone traveling his way. With a ghoulish glow from the headlights and highway striping, he stands steadfastly in the no passing zone letting all out-of-staters know “Hey parder, you’re in Texas now!”
